Heres what you'd have to do:
1. Hold the Camera over your head or stand on a foot stool while taking the pics.. So that the pictures are looking down on the car ( kinda like the one below of my car, maybe even higher )
2. Mark the ground with chalk or something so you know where to stand for the 2nd set of pics...
3. Just make sure that you hold the camera at the same angle for both sets of pics

I was thinking about using my tripod, and having the car parked in one place, and then take picture 1, then run to car, open hood, take same picture, then move tripod 3 foot to the left, take picture 2, open hood, take same picture. Would that work? I should be able to get something going soon.

yeah thats actaully a better idea....
just try n get the camera high enough so alot of the hood is showing.
I was thinking that when you take the rear 1/4 shots, like this the one below, part of the hood might block half of the engine. But I could just take the picture of the engine from the opposite angle and reverse it to fill in where the hood blocked, so this should be able to work...
