Either way you look at it no one involved did the right thing....Little sh*t and his friends shouldn't have been messing around in the old man's lawn. Old man shouldn't have shot the gun. There are alternative methods to gettin' kids attention tho, like someone said before a paintball gun or pellet gun would have worked fine, maybe a homemade flamethrower, watergun filled with some skin irritating chemicals, and so on you get the point. Glad I never had any problems like that when I was a little hoodrat a few years back. I'm sure the old man will pay for his actions in jail when the rest of the inmates find out that he killed a kid...

its not right to just kill someone, but kids arent kids anymore. if you are going to mess with someone you better ready for retaliation. people can only take so much and you never know what someone is going to do.
