he could have chopped the steering column and made a new long cone setup for the sub so that the sub is the steering wheel and still isnt a dummy. if you look at the ring around the sub on the drivers side it looks like its made of metal and the one on the passengers side is just plastic. if you look even closer at the pic, the sub has handles on the sides of it, so he is definetly useing the sub as a steering wheel

It may be that the steering wheel is solid to the subwoofer enclosure and that the whole enclosure turns. That could be.
It looks like the wheel is stightly turned in the photo and it's hard to see, but it looks like the cone is also slightly turned the same amount.
You would have to shorten the column a LOT. Maybe even do away with it.

The handles are what I'm calling the steering wheel. I don't know what you mean by a "new long cone setup".

Those are floaters, not spinners. They're supposed to stay fairly stationary so it looks like they aren't moving while the car is. I like them better than spinners but still would never own a set.

No, they are one piece. Not floater or spinners. You guys are letting the camera framerate fool you. You can see that they look like their spinning one direction and as the car slows they look stationary and as it slows more it starts to look like they are turning the other way. It's just an optical illusion. If you look at any video of a car moving with spoked rims you'll notice this effect.
