Yeah, the purple one was me. I did get rid of it, got in a lot of trouble, traded it straight for a 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS coupe. I wanted to get another, a 6 speed WS-6, but parents won't allow it. I sold the RS and am now working on my Civic, I guess you can say I am completely on the other side of the highway, but whatever, I am making good with what I got. The Civic should be a lot faster than my Trans Am was in a year though. Not to mention a R6. =P

I'd rather have a well taken care of car with 90K, then a beat car with 50K.

Oh, I never said that a high mileage car can't be faster than a low mileage, I am just saying I had a 1998 with 100,000 miles running 13.1 with just catback and lid and 12.6 with the addition of headers and bald radials. Not many LS1s do that, not to mention high mileage ones. I was the third owner, so who know what hell that thing went through.

My A4 '98 Formula ran 13.2s with just 3.42 gears and a Dynomax, 87K on the odometer and about 300 passes at the strip. Dunno what it runs now, probably mid 12's.. all I did was swap out the torque converter and put on stickies. I'm gonna find out here in a couple weeks.
