To all the R1 owners in here!
this was snapped with my camera phone sorry for quality

That bike is ******* sick
just low sided a week ago though. No biggy though because it has character now
just a few tiny scuffs. frame sliders saved its butt. also on that video it could be a stock and quite possible older R1 that is governed at 186-190mph like most superbikes are and the busa could of had its governer off where it was doing 200+mph
One thing though i know if i was racing a 200+ lb rider on a busa and me being on my r1 at 140lbs he would have some trouble getting away but i'd rather be on the the lower bike(busa) going those speeds. I still need a damn double bubble windscreen i don't even get how they call it a windscreen on a stock r1 I cant get below it to save my life without having to look at the ground
Tell me about it. I can't tuck to save my life either but my buddy with his big grape weighing in at 135 says he can do it just fine. I guess I need to lose everything in my chest so I lay like a piece of paper on the tank
Check out what his wife (who is sittin next to my girlfriend filming) says at the end. "Daddy Lost!"

97M6Formula- pics a little dark but the bike does look very clean, wouldnt mind see other pics.
67maro- as far as my mods on the busa... shes lowered 1.5 inches in the rear, 4mm in ther front (kinda a free mod for the busa without having to buy anything), 45 shot (only used at the strip), and PCIII which isnt on yet.... maybe this weekend, and I also have the normal appearance mods frame sliders, tank pad, etc.
NO chicken strips here....my Pirelli Corsas are worn to the edge!!
The new 2006 CBR1000rr is on par with all the rest of the litre bikes this year....but has the most sophisticated suspension around. I have riden all the new litre bikes, and my repsol feels the most stable through the corners! The unit pro link suspension really is amazing, and I personally like the HESD. I was also a big fan of my 2004 R6...very flickable bike in the corner. I still love riding the RC51 as well...which is one of the finest handling bikes ever to be produced!
