Supposedly only people under 20 can hear this sound.

I'm 23 and I heard it just fine. I work with communications equipment and radios in the Air Force. The human ear responds to audio between 20 Hz and 20 kHz (approximately). That audio clip was a 18 kHz sine wave, which is at the top of the audible audio frequency for humans. Some of us won't be able to hear 18 kHz because of ear drum damage in the past. Cool stuff!

It depends on what your using to play the sound. At first I couldn't hear the sound and I have the same logitech setup as the poster above me. I turned my sound all the way up and nothing. Then i went and played it on my mom's labtop and hardly had the sound up and I heard it loud and clear. But neither my mom or dad could hear it. pretty weird.

OK, hopefully my laptop is the reason why I cant hear it, I dunno. I turned the volume up halfway and I can only barely hear a buzz-type feedback noise but my eardrums hurt while its playing..??? Is that fuzzy noise it?

did not hear anything...
I was at a hearing center recently cause my ears had been ringing for no reason. I was told that I have above average hearing, when I did those tests with rings...
