hmm...well, i THINK it sounded good....couldn't really tell because of the crappy audio on that vid.....

need a better mic on that camera or something

but anyway, congrats on the new cam, enjoy it

Yeah its a digital camera with video on it so the sound isn't the best for the first half of the video but once I pull the car out of the shop it sounds better.

I def need to invest into a nice digi video camera, but i think this turned out okay. Car sounds mean as hell!

Oh man, brings back memories. The first time I started mine up, it only turned over once and shut off.....we were like, WTF? So, instead of continuing to try and fire it up, we inspected things, THANK GOD! My brand new ported LS6 oil pump was faulty and had seized up. Couldn't even turn the motor by the crank bolt. Took it out, got all the metal shavings out with a big magnet. Took my stock LS1 pump and ported it til it looked like the LS6 pump. Took the spring/spacers out of the LS6 pump and swapped them in the LS1 one. Holds around 50-60psi at idle now and pegs at throttle.

In other words, CONGRATS!

I was daily driving mine with a proshifted tranny. It's nothing with a decent tune man. Just sounds prettier

Got the same cam and a TNT F2 kit waiting for install. I know im going to be in another world out of excitement when it starts up and holds idle. Well hopefully holds somewhat of an idle.

Well when it done you definatly let me know the numbers and every detail, I plan on that same kit to spray as well once I buld up the suspension and rear.
