N2O GTO vs 05 Evo I thought you guys might enjoy this... This is a nitrous GTO with the new Hoosier Drag Radials running my buddy's 05 Evo. My buddy's Evo is running a stock turbo, but has a larger FMIC, exhaust cutout, more boost, cams, etc. I believe the owner of the GTO said his nitrous only engaged in 1st and 2nd gear because his intake air and coolant temps were too high. Anyway, here's the video:

zZz..haha just kidding..That goat is a heavy boat compared to a gutted EVO. Did the GTO have a cam or anything? Even after the launch the EVO seemed to hold it's ground, which suprised me being as the evo is still on the stock turbo.

If I had anymore details on the GTO, I would have posted them. The owner is very cool and has only been up to this particular street scene a couple times now. I'll try to get more info and post it for you guys.

no awd/rwd arguement is gonna hold up with me. i have beaten MANY awd cars out of the hole on the street. the gto looked like it was not launched properly/ just didn't have enough!
the goat lost fair and square. not sure that evo even got that good of a launch, seemed to bog a tad bit.
