There Is No D1 On The Car!
The car made 644 rwhp last year on 8 psi and pump gas on a pretty conservative tune, now it's spinning the blower a bit harder and on kill mode tune.

P1 and 712rwhp at 10psi with a 346ci??? We need proof. There are twin turbos with built 346ci motors that are not making that power. As a matter of fact there are D1's with built 346ci motors that are not making that kind of power at 10psi.. A Cobra outweighs a Z06 by nearly 600lbs and at 15psi that motor is making around 650 to 700rwhp if it has cams and head work. If no one can provide real evidence of the #'s then those #'s are suspect.

Cobra doesnt need cams and headwork to make that kind of power. They can make around 850 on a stock longblock with that turbo kit alone on more boost and some C16.

BTW guys th eZ06 does make that power. It was orginally tuned at RWTD. I have the sheets right here before the belt slip was fixed. Also he added some torco and uped the timing

FWIW:
Jim's Vette does make the power that is stated, and I can completely vouch for that. On the stock longblock, I tuned the car to 570 rwhp SAE on a Dynojet. Last year, myself and John (now with XXX) tuned his car to upper 600's SAE (over 700 Actual) on my Dynojet 224xLC, and this was with a slipping belt! Within a short time Jim fixed his belt slippage, and went to another Dynojet equipped facility (I think in Ft. Walton?) to determine if his car would make more without slippage, and I believe it made over 700 SAE. Unfortunately I haven't kept updated about Jim's car since, but I gather that John most likely has retuned it, and the car has since put down around 712 rwhp SAE on John's 224xLC. I am of the understanding that Jim's car has basically the stock displacement, and I would hope that others here would believe such.
Those are great races posted between Jim's car and the Cobra. Both are amazing!
Sincerely,
James

Highway 29 aint happening either, you were there for the last deal and you know whats up with that. You did lose from a dig that night though.
