It is a Recall . I cant believe some of you people are this dense . The kids in the vid have been messing with that for a little while to get it to come off like that hense the interior already off . So what does everyone want make the car out of steel and make it heavy as **** for alot of the whinners can complain how heavy the car is now

Yeah that's A defect on the new z06 roof's flying off at high speeds. GM even recall the new z06's for that, So that was a smart thing to do I wouldn't want it flying off on the high way and hitting A car like that ferarri.

How about we start ripping on some of the Mercedes and BMWs for their recalls? Or while we're at it, let's rip apart the $125,000 Ford GT for its problems.

If there is no support in teh middle of those roofs why dont they make a targa kinda roof that still has teh outside supports? Kinda like a sunroof but detachable?
Id like to know teh situation with those 2 kids and the ownership of that car. IE who owns it. GL guys

you would think a hardtop would be a hardtop...every company has its problems...btw i think it would be nice if it actually did have a targa option for the zo6 cuz it looks nice when they are driving with no top

The kid who owns that car is a very nice guy. (yes i know him) the headliner was removed by the dealer when they tryed to fix it (because the roof had already come off once so they reglued it untill the recalled part and or adhesive came in from gm) I was comming loose again when he was driving it and he didn't want it to blow off while he was on the road. I think it took Gm over 2 months to get this sorted out for him, (the whole summer) Now that sucks.

guys the fucken roof is made of magnesium n if im correct i did see the guy try to kick it off. so it must not have come off that easily. n if im correct is he not the guy with the vid that he had of him killing a ford gt. looks like the same zo6. as long as gm took care of it **** it cuz it looked like he was still happy with his car. all car manufacturers have issues even the double priced ford gt had issues. just as long as the problem is taken care of **** it!
