It is the same is standing too close to street racing. i saw some similar accidents here in Houston back in 2000-2001 when there were many street races.

it's less of an issue with street racing, obviously. these idiots are on the brink of losing control and swerving 5 lanes wide. sheer stupidity. theres no way that guy that got nailed at 2:50 is up walking around.
