Those pictures are amazing man. I really need to start trying my hand at nature photography more because I love looking at shots like those. Are you shooting in full manual in most cases?

its a script in photoshop...come on...i am sure your stuff is great...YOU just gotta be happy with it...if you take pictures like i do then you'll realise how many pictures actually make it out of photoshop and get saved...its not many!

Yea I like some of mine that I take. Just your so much better. I guess its true though, an artists biggest critic is himself. My new camera made me happy cause of its picture quality. Its no SLR but it does great. I took some Christmas lights photos last weekend. I'd like to do the frames like yours but I don't have photoshop so I have to deal without them. I'll have to get some snow pics like yours if we even get any snow this winter...blame Kentucky haha.

I was on a budget when I got the camera I got it. It does really good for what it is. I don't know if I would consider it a point and shoot. Its a Sony Cybershot DSC-H2.

I'll look into that bearshare deal lol.

if its not an interchangable lens with a single reflex its considered a pNs

i know what you mean about budgets...the body is 1500 alone with the cost of the other grand or some i have in stuff...plus i wanna get a few more lends and a couple things for lighting so i guess another 3k and i might be happy...heh

the car shots were done with a a610 so i am sure you can do good because that camera isn't what i would call super but for $300 its a damn good camera

you will want photoshop...if i posted the originals side by side you'd be like wow...i took out all kinds of crap out of them...see if your camera will shoot in raw mode...if it does learn from that because it leaves for way better images in the long run...you can go through and do more to them without compressing the crap out of them and losing image quality

You can't change lenses on this but its got a place where you can add on...how that works I am not sure but thats what its designed for. It doesn't have RAW mode either. Oh well I'll save up and get a dSLR one day...

you can get one like mine used for a decent price on ebay...i got a good deal on ebay with a kit lens for 1004 shipped...other places wanted 1500 for the body

you gotta love something that can shoot 5fps @ 1/8000 of a second...if i buy a timer i can also run it for a 100 hour exposure

what makes these things great is different lenses....my next one is going to be a 50-500mm with a 2x convertor...tired of birds getting out of my reach...*******
