Before
Thats how it was, trying to work on changing car colors realistically. (Well mainly to black realistically)
After
I know it lost alot of detailing on the front but I couldnt quite get it right with the detail still being there. Any of you more seasoned PS CS2 users have any tips pass them my way, greatly appreciated all comments, tips, ect.

01ls1lover you need to mask everything you want to change off then go back into regular editing mode and the marching ants will now be circling what you masked and you can now adjust or filter or do whatever you want to the selected parts. Also you can go to select inverse to select everything you didnt mask and edit or do what you want with that. Just have to remember go back into normal editing mode which is the button on the toolbar to the let of the quickmask button.
Thanks for all the comments!
