T.I. is one of few I listen to on a regular basis.
No mention of the C6, 1st Gen Camaro, Impalas and Caprices...
Someone else look closely about a minute or so into the video, it shows a girl cleaning on a car (there is another chick pulling a floorjack across the floor in front of the car...). Is that a Black WS-6? It is very dark so I can't make it out for sure but it sure looks like a Ram Air hood...

Well, if you listen to most rap songs, everyone (including women) are called bitches... I know what you are saying, its just the fact that almost every rap song Ive listen to has profanity in it as top priority. But I guess thats just how they express their emotions....

I couldnt stand the song, but i guess any publicity for GM is good. The fact you dont see 2 many muscle cars in rock songs is most rock bands dont sing about material possesions, im not saying they dont........i remeber fuel by metallica

you guys would be surprised what kinda cars rappers get when they get rich. seems like they only have old school cars on 26s huh? thats not the case. their vehicles are showcased through magazines and TV shows. those magazine companies and those TV channels want to make money. so they show whats flashy. just like when you go out to party... you wear what is appealing to others (girls). that doesnt mean that the clothes you have on are your favorite... you just wanna get the ladies. well... kids buy CDs based on who they think is cool. a lot of kids think that 26s and girls are cool. so these business men (rappers) provide what the consumer wants. then they make money... which is why they signed the contract with whatever label in the first place. so it all works out. its not until they are on top of the world and they dont have to please you anymore that they show what they are really about. hence... here comes the not so flashy muscle cars that they daily drove the entire time america labeled them as shallow and whatever else you want to call them.
its all about the money. they called women bitches... and put them in their videos. well... those women are getting paid. they work out their bodies all week to look good for usher's video. T.I.s video was last weekend where she was a "bitch" and a "ho". this weekend she is the love of tyreses life... or Usher's "boo". all the while... she's makin more money than all of us.
its a freakin' business... stop judging.
