My project- almost there!!! 56k beware

well I have some bad news...
seems like my dumbass didnt order the correct intake valve size when i bought my new heads...instead of getting the 2.02" intake valve, i got the 2.04" which DOES not clear...the thing that really pisses me off is that I knew that...I must have missed it when I ordered...or changed it without knowing it...the other sad part is that they are being delivered tomorrow...I am going to cry when I send them right back for the change....
Well, I guess I can finish up everything else...tranny and clutch go in next week...hopefully the heads will come in...and then to the dyno...so, lets add another week or so to my orignal completion date =(
Thanks for all the support and compliments..once it is done I am going to have a local member take some pro photos...and I will post them..maybe I will make a calendar one day hahah (yeah right)

Yeah, id say. I got no 90/90, stage 1 heads and MS4, with stock water pump and I made 433. 400 will be easy as hell for that setup. Sweet.

got the injectors in less than 24 hours...they are ready to go!! sweet!
and I already run a metco as my PCV **** is capped like a ****!
it took me 2 weeks to get my heads..just to send them back...i am going to have the new set overnighted or something ****..

I had a revelation last night, concerning my new t56 and my new Exo SKel....I Know putting it in is going to be a bitch...BUT, getting it out, c mon how hard can it be(I was originally going to have shop do it, but I really do NOT have the money), so after securing the car as high as I could get it on jackstands, I went at her (along with an install university guide) and removed the stock T56, and my shitty clutch
It wasnt hard really, just the usual bumps, scrapes, dirt, and bruises associated with doing anything on an F bod...
Today I will throw in the Text and see if I can manage to wiggle the tranny back in place...that may be a bitch...
We shall see!

Oh yeah one more thing...I spoke to Jon at TSP (the greatest company ever) and he agreed to take the heads back and most likely ship me the correct ones, instead of just swapping valves (as they would not want to seat right...)
So they are on the way to his place and hopefully I can get some back soon!

rebuilt tranny is in...TEXtralia is in, all mounts are installed...new heads are on the way thanks to Jon and rest of the crew at TSP (amazing)

Love your car Erik, it's the reason I bought a set of TTII's. Hands down, my favorite Red SS on this site, and I hope you don't mind another one with black TTII's around. Keep up the good work and good luck. Let us know how the rest of the install goes and what kind of numbers she makes!
