Unsafe Lane Changes, and layin gon the throttle. I would not show that in court. The truck appears to be going with the flow of traffic. Not saying it's your fault at all, but you appear to be in a hurry, and he does not.
I have to agree! File that video under "good time" You will lose in court! To me it does look like he puts his blinker on at the last second! Might be wrong though, kinda hard to tell!
Either way man, sorry for your loss! Everyone of us has been there or close to there and that sound sucks!

Hey man that really sucks! I wouldn't show that **** in court though...I wouldn't even have shown it to the cop. You could've been doing exactly 55 and any person of authority that hears you get on it is gunna assume you were speeding. It looks like the way you came across the lanes didn't give the guy a good view of you till it was too late. I'd be happy just to be in one piece. That could have been a lot worse. You gotta get yourself a good lawyer and fight that BS wreckless driving ticket.

Yeah I have a lawyer hopfully he can do some good though. I was in the wrong or cuttng across so fast, but I did not want to get stuck the mad traffic coming up on me. O well learn from your mistakes I guess

I'd say get a new camera man.. VA Suck's and the driver's are no better.. Lucky you didn't take out the entire interstate.. Them va driver's seem to be like lemmings when a accident happens..
