1. Most of the bids were between 26k to 29k. The guy I went with bid 23k. After, he told me he underbid by 3k. Not really sure if he meant he lost money or broke even.
2. Checkered tile floor is being considered, or regular coating.

Wow, very nice shop, I hope to have something like that once I get my own place.

 

Washed her today, rotors are a little rusty from not driving in months. I still do not have a driveway, working on it.
