great video.... at least once a month I get to either take people to Iraq (usually Army or Marines) or take people home from Iraq (i'm a c-5 galaxy loadmaster in the air force)..... It's like the worst of times followed by the best of times.... watching all those guys/girls that are going to be there for a year and knowing some of them aren't going to come home. Then shortly after taking an entire load of troops back to their families.... definite pro's and cons to hauling cargo/passengers....

Every single American troop, past, present or future, has 100% of my respect and support. I cannot imagine what y'all have faced out there and I cannot possibly thank you enough for your service. God bless you all, and stay safe.

After losing one of the guys in my platoon it was really tough. Everytime I hear thank you it makes it just that much easier to keep going. Just always remember that we are people and we need as much support as everybody can give.

<-- Former USN I agree that you don't get much respect or special treatment. It seems, with the exception of a few, the only "Thank you for serving" you get is from your fellow brothers in arms.
Thank you all for serving
