Scions are sadder than most imports. I saw one at the track last time I went that had an open exhaust and a COMPLETELY stripped interior (no dash, 1 racing seat, no carpet, no head rest, etc). I thought to myself, "This might actually be a fast Scion. It ran 16's. I've NEVER seen a Scion even get into the 14's. That's pathetic even for an import.

This might be a long shot, but it looks like a plug to kill power to the motor. A lot of high end race cars have them...but if that is what this is I have no idea what it is doing on a Scion
