Thanks for the comments guys. The car is an 01 with the manta strip thing(I'll soon be removing). As far as the cam it is just another MS3 car. The C6 was stock..

I don't think it was heatsoak, judging by previous runs with him. My car is just a dog down low.

**** gears, 40-50mph 1st gear rolls F.T.W. When I was cam only with my G5X3, I ALWAYS stayed in 1st gear below 50mph and 1st gear wraps out to 59-60mph (6800rpms) Gets you right into the powerband and its gives you one helluva jump too

No you're not, my car in 1st gear was simply an animal...No reason why yours shouldn't be either. If you have to, just push the clutch in on the 2nd honk and rev and pop that bitch when the third honk hits (and pray you dont break the rear LOL )

U put some 4:11's in that thing and it will pull harder than it does now, i love mine and pretty much any speed i roll race from, the higher gearing gets me to my powerband alot quicker.....Good kill bro, i love when guys post videos of their f-bodies yanking cobras, pisses them off so good

The 3:42's should be good, if you change em youll wish you had them when you turn that spray on... and when you have to shift into 5th and you start getting pulled.

LOL 5th gear i dont see the point in racing till 130+. Get some gears and race from a dig. Roll racing is for people who cant drive out of the hole!

I'll post up a video from the run we had a week earlier when I have a chance to upload it. With me the cobra and a c5 Z06 all the cars were side by side.. Also a good race.. It'll be up tonight.

Hell yea, keeps pulling like a freight train (once you get into your powerband)

Or its for people who dont want to come to a dead stop on the high way, break parts, etc. Dig racing puts a lot of unnessecary stress on the drive train.

horseshit! i personally like drag racing and roll racing. drag racing shows how good of a driver you are, roll racing shows whos car has more power on the spot.
