It pulled back becuase the Tundra stopped . There are more vids of the Tundra manhandling the F150. That little 2 valve pos, cant compare motor wise, Sorry. It is a solid truck but cant compare to any of the other three. A car that is down, 100hp, isnt in the same league.

And that makes sense, but atleast put it agains a comparably equiped truck, L/S. Not saying a tundra wont do its share of pulling, but when your having a pull off like they did. All the trucks that lost the guys just nail the gas. You gotta roll on, it wont pull when spinning the tires.

Down here, they're very previlent. Remember, this is the first year of the full size Tundra. Most of the loggers, tow in excess of 11,000 lbs and are desiels. When Toyota releases is desiel Tundra, we will see what happens. Remember, Toyota owns a percentage of Isuzu. Oh and the last time I checked, the Tundra was up 134% this time from last year, while the big three were down.

Sierra sales down 27.9% to 15,892 from 22,947

I agree, but the problem is, these trucks are standard, with limit slip. Thats a trade off or a risk your taking by doing something like this. Its not the Tundras fault.

Its already been established, that the person who made this video, unbolted certain parts to the bed. This is the same person, who did this on another vid. LOL, for you believing it:

Here ya go!

Yea a bed that swayed like that, won the award and countless others, since its arrival!

It doesnt matter weather they are running half tons or 1 tons. There are no toyotas. Many of the companies are using SuperCrew F150s and Superdutys. The ones that arent use half ton Chevys, there are some 1ton chevs but not many. But we will see if Toyotas catch on and can handle the 200k+ of logging road miles, and abuse that the trucks are put through.

If the parts of the bed were unbolted would the bumper still move with the bed. Im not sure but i dont think it would, it followed the bed the whole time, and the bumper should be bolted to the frame...unless toyota bolts them to the bed.

The ones you see logging are deisel and not gas. I have seen Tundras with goosenecks on them now, I never seen that before. Matter of fact, I saw one hauling 2 trucks on a gooseneck. Pretty good for a gas 1/2 ton.

Not sure. When I took my Tundra off roading(deer lease) it never rocked like that, neither has anyone else on the Tundra sites. Theres another vid of someone doing another test, that contradicts that vid. Ill find it

Read what they said. They werent impressed with the towing of the Dodge. Especially, all the hype about the Hemi:

http://www.trailerboats.com/output.cfm?id=1210051

Basically they said, it had trouble towing uphill.

So where is the half ton Denali AWD with over 400 HP. **** Toyota.
GM will have a half ton diesel truck here in the next two year. 310 HP and over 500 FT/lbs of torque.
Toyota makes alright stuff, but I still say **** 'em.

You gotta remember those were nasty bumps almost strait up and down at 30mph. Its gotta be hard on the frame. Or they could have got a crappy truck from toyota you never know.
