It's not bad, but I would have loved to spray it again, flat black, but I decided against it. The soonest I could have the car into the paint booth is months down the road, we have to finish the 71 were working on and this 93 quad cab f350 were doing a color change on, that along with the cars waiting, it would just take too long, I want my car back together lol..

Heres an old shot of the 71, 
its going flat black, sun visors hit the dash when you fold em down lol... Its getting a 454 and a 4 speed, and its bagged..

Looks good man. Im going to be dropping the motor on mine this winter for heads, cam, intake, rod bolts and such. Did it go pretty smooth for ya? What are you gonna do with them other headers you had on it? I may have a friend interested if you are selling them.

Their most definatly for sale, whats he want to offer for em, Their used bbk shorties, but honestly they look just as long as mac midlengths, but BBK does call them shorties, so I guess their shorties, right? Would he need a better picture, just let me know and I'll get back to ya.. Try PM's if this thread goes belly up, I'm sure you'll be able to locate me lol...
Motor and k member went in today, sorta, ran outta time and had to leave the car resting for the night, but tomorrow we'll finish it up, I have to lift the car and spin the pads on the hoist arms down so i can drop the car furter down..

And just for ***** and grins heres the 71 as of today
Its got a 10 foot bed and its dropped all the way there, the roll pan will be like 1/4 inch off the ground at a nice rake, level at ride height though... Sprayed a second coat of primer on it today in the afternoon class if everything went as planned..

Good job. Sounds like a beefy cam. I know you already said that the heads were ported. But are you gonna have enough intake it handle the demand of the cam?

haha yea, couldn't keep the exhaust ventilation things on the headers lol, so the shop was good and smogged up... Smelt great the rest of the day too lol.. Thanks guys
