Nice. Have you noticed any ill effects to lowering the K member? I mean anything at all. Also, how do u keep the air charge cool? Did u have to remove your plate cover or fog lights to facilitate this? One last thing, if you wouldn't mind saying, how much did everything related to the supercharger cost you, all said and done?

I haven't had any ill effects from lowering the K-member. Little harder to change the A/C belt because the pulley is closer to the sway bar. That's it. The heat exchanger goes in front of the condensor. I didn't remove anything off the front of the car. Ed is selling the complete kit for $6595 now. If interested, you should talk to him about it. Here are a couple of pics of the heat exchanger installed.

Yeah, that was me. That was the first round of tuning with the 3.4 pulley instead of the 3.2.

Jessie at HP House did all of my tuning. It's speed density now so he actually drove it for a few days making sure the "driveability" was good. He's a great guy to work with.

HEHE got to love that sound. Did you do the install yourself i take it? Not bad for 122k either. Are you running water wetter in the intercooler? If not i reccomend it. I used 2 bottles of water wetter the rest is distilled water with a splash of coolant for corrosion protection. Did you post a graph at all i cant remember?

Cant wait to see how many of these kits will be out there. I seem to get questions on it a lot.

I'm running half dexcool half water in the intercooler. My buddy and I did everything but the tuning. There is a graph posted. Just check my posts. People ask me questions all the time too.

Yeah it's dirty. I'll clean it up whenever I put a new engine in.

what is the max boost you can run on it, also what is the max hp you can get out of it. what other modes do you have on your car to get 500 hp with that charger.

The maggie 112 isn't very efficient after 10lbs of boost. Others have ran it higher and some have had success. I doubt I will ever try for more than that with this charger. I have a TR224 cam on a 112 and TEA stage 1.5 heads. The max hp just depends on what mods you do. If I build a motor, I would like to do a 150 shot for emergency use.

That will have to wait awhile. I'll have to replace the clutch and buy a video camera. I'm in the middle of a remodel on my house, so I haven't had time to work on the car.
