Default Philadelphia Museum of Art photoshoot *PICS*

Hey all,
Well on sunday night I washed the car up and decided to drive into the city for a photoshoot. A friend of mine took the first two pictures and made them HDR. For those who have never seen the Philadelphia Museum of Art, there is a circular road in front of it, a few tiers of steps, and then the museum itself. The first pic is for reference only. This is where Rocky ran up in the movies (in case you didn't know haha). Anyways, I managed to park my car up there (shhhhh its a secret) and snap a few pics before the security guard gave me a lecture about museum policy about not parking there. And this is the debut of my freshly painted hood. Enjoy!

Looks great! I have to get there one of these days! Philly is a good 2.5 hour drive from me though so it has to be well planned

Those pictures look amazing! You don't get in trouble for parking your car up there?

No, not really. There is an access road that goes clear around the museum and there are actual parking spaces on either side of the museum. There aren't spaces right in front there for obvious reasons but I was there 8pm on a sunday night when there was virtually no one around and the city itself was relatively quiet. In the summertime that place would have been swarming with people on a sunday night.

Those are some very nice pictures. The hood looks good, but almost every hood is better than the base hood as you probably know. How did you get your car up there enyways? Its been a while since I was near the art museum.

those HDR images look fake... they're too surreal. the lights casted onto the car aren't accurately represented either. the car looks nice though.

Thanks for all the compliments. I am going to try and snap some more daytime photos of the hood this weekend. I will post another thread for that.

pics look sweet, too bad that scaffolding is there though. i was there over the summer and didn't realize you could take your car up there. i might have to check it out on a sunday night sometime.

i always loved how you can see right down the pkwy to the city from up there.

Is there any way we can get bigger pictures. Say, for my screen saver?
