Is that still a V6 in there?

Man, I love the turbos sticking through the hood. Damn, that's awesome.

No, it's a twin turbo SBC V8 (388ci if my memory serves me correct) that was built by Kenny Duttweiler for Bob Rieger (this is one of Rieger's old motors) and from what I was told by a reliable source that motor made 1800hp with the wick turned up, however, Chris Chow (the owner) can't use all that power because his car has a stock style suspension with a Wolfe bar and little 28" X 10.5" tires (he would need a tube frame suspension and bigger tires for all that power)..... In this state of tune his best pass with the car leaving soft was 8.51 @162mph.... With the current suspension he is shooting for bottom 8's or possibly a high 7 second pass

Wow! If I drove that GN I would first leave brown and yellow stains all over the place, then crash when I went wildly out of control. God, what a monster!

I love those cars. They need to strap the car down a little harder though There is a GN with a 400 TT setup near me.Everything is under a big front scoop while running through a full exhaust. It's insane. He tuned it for only 1020hp on pump gas for the street
