Default What size video(in megs) is acceptable?

I like making these videos and I am getting better at it. I want to know what size is generally accepted to be the biggest people will want to view. I have cable internet so it doesn't really matter to me. But for those with slower type connections, what size is acceptable for yous guys? Just checking I can make them small but the video quality suffers and I can make them full DV, and the picture is awesome even at full screen, but they usually range in the 1200meg range! I have a limit of 25megs, that is all comcast lets me have for this kinda of thing, let me know.
Thanks Fellas,
J

Most people like the 320x240 Video for Windows files around 3-5 mb for short clips and around 7-8 mb for 1+minutes of video.25 should do a 4+ minutes of not bad quality video
