It's "supposed to be"
F1
F2
F4
F3
They're just throwing 3 out the window in Walkers storyline. For all the public cares, I'm sure it could still be F1, F2, F3, F4.
I think they're just trying to keep Walkers storyline in an even row of #'s.

If that is a true statement, then he lost his badge at the end of the 1st film, which makes sense. There wouldn't be a whole second film with Walker as a cop before 2 Fast 2 Furious took place.
I'm thinking after 2 Fast 2 Furious, walker got his credentials back, and he goes to find Dom. It's most likely supposed to fall in place as #3 in the series for Walker.

I kinda liked the first one. yes it had some bad spots, but what movies dont these days. Its a movie... The second one was corney. If I had to hear walker say "brah" one more time... Plus the car scenes were wayyyyy too cheesy and animated looking. Tokyo drift...no comment. Some of it was ok, but I wouldnt go out of my way to watch it.
Im actually HOPING they make this movie alittle more serious. Like maybe take some hints from the feedback of the others. If they come in and work out a good movie and storyline, it might not be too terrible.
Im gonna go see it regardless. I dont take movies as serious as some, and Ill go watch anything once. Its entertainment like someone else said.

Haha its funny, as much crap as we talk about how dumb the fast and the furious movies are, we know the story in all of them!
We are discussing the chain of events relating all the movies and can go through the specific story line of each movie!
Just admit it guys, you all love these movies and you still pop in fast and the furious 1 from time to time to watch!

I think what makes me mad about most of the movies.. is that they tend to wreck most the domestic cars in them. Charger in the first movie... the Corvette, Mustang, Camaro and Challenger in the second movie (plus they made the Viper look like a bitch... ON THE HIGHWAY??? lol).. and well the Mustang in the third movie had the engine from the Sylvia put in it with a fart can. Sure a bunch of the imports get wrecked.. but they're the majority in these movies.
And now after realizing how much I know about these movies... Im gonna go die a little inside some more lol.

I'll go see it just like the last one ofr all the same reasons, I dig car movies. Say what you want but the muscle car quotient in these movies is higher than anything in the past few years except Grindhouse. It is entertainment after all.

let's make one up:
Walker cleared his name in #2. He's still out there though street racing. He's contacted by the cops who need him again, but this time, they're after a mexican druglord, and this druglord LOVES riced out mexican cars. They ask Walker to get in contact with Dom, and to ask him to work undercover to clear his own name, and to use his new mexican contacts to take down the evil mexican car lord, El Camino Tan.
All goes well, cars are raced, crashed, and there is many a steamy scene with the 2 leading ladies.
The End
