Watch the video I posted 3 posts up. The script did place a 6 cylinder into the mustang but the real car in the film the entire time was a 500 hp V8 car with a 9 inch rear and a spool. The RB26 car never drove and only made it to the 60mph point down the test 1\4 mile because of fuel pump issues.
This is also what I've heard, but all of the ricefanboyzz always claimed otherwise.

In keeping with that ride's theme, they should put small rising sun flag 'kill' stickers on the door just under the driver's window a la AMERICAN WW2 fighter planes (for those not taught U.S. history in school). 
But that may be too un-PC for them to even consider.

I thought they were going to keep Lucas Black as the main charachter? I found him to be eleventybillion times less annoying than Paul Walker. I almost actually liked Tokyo Drift because he was in it. lol

Actually I am still waiting on word from the car coordinator. Also there is already one 4th gen Pewter Firebird onset where they are filming FYI.
They just haven't gotten to the scene where they will use the F-bodies from this site.
There is sooooo much info that is mis-interpeted it is rediculous. But alas I must hold my tongue, Trust me you will not dissapointed. There is more american muscle in this movie than Part 1 and 2 combined multiplied by ten. There will be 3 WIDELY KNOWN (famous), and I mean HUGE american cars that make a showing in this movie.

Good to hear that muscle might be running this film. But its weird to think that the movies plot is based in S. America (i think), and how it will make it seem that they have more american cars than the states do (part 1 and 2).
