no its not, it pathetic. how much did he spend on the supra? cause my 7k bike would eat it alive. or you can match dollar for dollar and he would be up against one of the 700hp bikes out there.

That's why you go with the custom weld wheel set up for the supras. You get the 15's in the rear but you get a 17 inch skinny up front that clears even the BIG brembo brake kit for the car, which I believe is a 14 inch rotor.

I think people forget once you get above 100mph the bikes advantage quickly disappears. Supras have one of the best drag coef's in the industry and they cut thru the air very well and only get faster. 5th gear is a Supra's one to one. Once it gets there and it is making over 800rwhp in 4th gear it's making more in 5th gear. Traction is the key when you make tons of power and once they get going they are very hard to beat...
its not impressive. what is impressive is the over all performance sportbikes (stock) are for the 10k price tag, not the 40-50k the guy has into his car to make it fast. the supra would still be out performed in the corners by the bike any day of the week. you cannot compare bikes and cars. mod for mod the bike will always win, just like comparing 4, 6, 8, 10 cylinders, mod for mod the bigger engine will win. kinda pointless to argue that, but i guess you dont get it.

This is funny, it kind of reminds me of a ricer Honda board. Whenever a Honda loses to a corvette or something they always say "well if i spent as much money on the Honda as he did on the corvette, i would tear him into pieces" Than all the ricer buddies nod their head and a flame fest is sure thing to happen.

Im going to have to agree with Gray on this one, so funny people still use the excuses "Oh I bet hes got 30k in the motor" or "It has 1000 hp and runs 11's"? Honestly get off the bandwagon. So what if someone decides to put that much money into a car, its because they CAN. Sounds stupid when you say "Put 30k into a ls1 and it would beat the supra" People build certain cars for certain things. Seems like mature people still have to be told that everybodys different and have different tastes....
