You really don't know much about this stuff do you?
Please explain to me how a stall converter won't help from a roll.

A converter is constantly slipping and the auto eats sum of the power in the process. The stick in that stang is putting the power staight to the ground with a lil less drivetrain loss. My friend's h/c and stall ws6 couldn't pull away from my stock ls2 vette and his car runs 11.60 on motor

In a rolling street race between 2 cars with similar power, the manual will always have an advantage over an auto, stalled or not.

This knowledge is more common than the cold itself.

I've had 3 stalled cars, all w/heads and cam, the latest with a blower, stalled cars do fine from a sub 40 MPH roll, they actually leave very well.

His cobra started pulling up top, it had nothing to do with it being from a roll or having a stall.

Yes it works from a 40 roll because it flashes in 2nd and puts the car in its in power band after that the stick is going to wind up and keep on pulling but the stall keeps on slipping

Refurr to posts 28 to 31....

Anyone knows autos suck at roll races, from a dig that stalled car would of put 2 cars on the cobra and he would of stayed there.

That same car ran an 11.0 at la invasion, compared to my 12.200.... he would pull rapes on me from a dig to tell the truth, i tihnk he did some more suspension work, and a nice shot of the juice since we ran last, but the rush is worth it!

Yep...just as I thought. I don't need an education in stall converters in a
4L60E. Apparently you do though. They do just fine from a roll...much better
than a stock converter that's for sure.
