How's that Silver SS with just bolt ons and a cam beating a Whippled Cobra? He HAS to have more mods than that.

That silver camaro has more than just bolt ons to me. It has a t-rex cam in it. If you call that a bolt-on I don't want to see what you would call an actual mod. Plus that whipple cobra must of had larger pulleys on it or something he was pushing 17 lbs of boost it usually I see whipples pushing 20 to 21 lbs.

danm that SS moved the hell out! 17 #s is what guys usually run for a street set up, especially here in cali were stuck with shitty 91 octane...

Here we go again, i know the camaro is an auto, but damn, its a slightly modded cobra, not hard for a cam/bolt-on f-body to drag the cobra, if it was a 6 speed car and a good driver it would have been worse

How is a whippled cobra slightly modded?

I agree, it seems like that LS1 car might have more then just bolt ons.

lots of stainless lines in the engine bay pic maybe a kit on it. Either way, fast camaro there for sure.

Slightly modded Cobra??? It's quite far from slightly modded if you ask me. A cammed LS1 with full bolt ons WILL lose to a ported blower Cobra, so I don't see how this LS1 is beating a twin screw Cobra.

I have a hsw plate kit on the car, but was not used in any of the races in the vid.I need to get a tune before I use the kit...
