The reason the cops didn't come is because that's what goes on during the dream cruise. People come to look at cars, cruise and either watch or do burnouts. yeah it could have been bad if I lost control and everything else. I get that but I guess you would have to be there to understand.

Its a road that stretches from Pontiac to Detroit Michigan. 4 lanes deep on each side and I belive its the first road or paved road in Michigan, but I could be wrong. I think the Cruise would make more sence to people if they new its a Motor City event. They try to keep 2 lanes open now for regular traffic, but thats almost impossible with all of the cars that show up. And trust me, this is one event that won't be shut down, even if someone gets killed. Onlookers bring a gallon of bleach with them to entice you into burning out.

The news said it generated almost 60 million dollars into Detroits economy, more then the Super Bowl, the Tigers world series run or anything else in recent years. I'm sure it will go on until our oil runs out.
The area he's doing the burnouts in is the proper area for it. If he did a burnout half that size a few miles back, he would've been ticketed in a heartbeat. The only thing I can't believe is your doing that on CCW's b/c you probably spent about $400 in rubber in the burnouts I watched. But hey, thats what the cruise is about.

Ive been to a car event like this where everyones doing burnouts, but the people who ruin it are the people watching, they want to get up close and they get in the street, then the cops have to keep the people on the sidewalk. Once this starts then tickets get written to the people doing burnouts, now that car show is moving and has grown in a different town. So many amazing memories watching everyone do burnouts on the streets and screaming lite em up
