I think they had an LSi model, thats what it means.

A Metro with the 1.0 liter 3 cycl motor weighs less than 2,000 pounds, no way the car could handle the weight or power of the LS1.

I worked at a dealer and a guy brought one of those in saying it was running with a miss. So I popped the hood and told him that was because he was missing a cylinder. No, he didn't laugh either.

Out here in STL someone use to run as Metro with a Blown v8. It was scarey to watch go down the track cause it did not go straight
