Sweet Muscle Cars in HDR
#22
Hey man. The talk from Newtown and I wasn't related to you using a P&S or anything, 'cause as you said you're using a DSLR. We know YOU did it correct with shooting in RAW format. No bashing whatsoever. We were just discussing how there are quite a few people (here as well as other boards) who use P&S camera's. They take 1 JPG and Tone Map it and say it's an HDR. Again, nothing related to you. You do good work
and thank you

I just wanted to add a few up to date images. Now that I'm getting the hang of this program.
this first one I shot the car in the rain, so don't mistake the water drops on the car as noise in the image.
with this image I went with medium effect. Just enough to pull out the defined characteristics of the images.
This one is my own personal car. I went with a little more effect, so that I could pull out that sky... b/c it looks bad *** in the morning before a storm.
This one I took tonight in the late dusk just before total nightfall. Very subtle effect, just enough to clean up the image and pull out the colors.
These I did with heavy effect. I tried to make it look as much like a painting as possible.
