Cheap Mod I was thinking of little things to do to the SS today, so I went by my local auto parts store and picked me up some paint.

please spare me that. it looks very tacky and does not compliment anything. your entitled to your own opinion but there is a reason this is not a real popular thing to do. to the original poster it's your car and do what you want but coming from someone who has built real show winning cars ie world of wheels not some rinky dink high school show i'm just giving you my opinion.

I wont be painting the rotor hat's,its just not a good idea.
And I just took the pictures off my phone and posted them up, sry if there to large.

IMO, painted rotor hat centers look much better than rusty rotor hats. I can see yours are starting to rust around the edges - just wait until it goes all the way around.
If you're looking to win shows, you shouldn't have rusty rotors OR painted rotors, right?
