Default Cheap Mod

I was thinking of little things to do to the SS today, so I went by my local auto parts store and picked me up some paint.

Before:


Just the Caliper's:


I didn't like that so the final product :


With the Wheel on:


What do you think?

I did that on my Z. Looks really good, but would look even better with "chrome" CAMARO decals and a few coats of high temp clear.

The center lip part will have enough room for "SS". I already have mine ready for the SS, but have not gotten the time to do it yet.

1600x1200? Really? Come on. . . A monkey can resize a digital image nowadays. Rotors looks good though.

please do not paint the rotor hats!!!! that has got to be one of the worst ideas to date.

please spare me that. it looks very tacky and does not compliment anything. your entitled to your own opinion but there is a reason this is not a real popular thing to do. to the original poster it's your car and do what you want but coming from someone who has built real show winning cars ie world of wheels not some rinky dink high school show i'm just giving you my opinion.

Looks good. Paint the rotor hat centers, it will look way better.

Sounds like some of you guys need to get some bigger monitors. Pictures arent that big.

IMO, painted rotor hat centers look much better than rusty rotor hats. I can see yours are starting to rust around the edges - just wait until it goes all the way around.

If you're looking to win shows, you shouldn't have rusty rotors OR painted rotors, right?
