Default murdered my car today

got bored last night with my buddies and I, so we decided to murder my car, with about 45 bucks in materials, including paint, it didnt come out to bad. ITs going to need another coat though.

camera isnt that great, and i know the wheels on "murdered" but the flat black looks awesome IMHO

well the thing was the paint on it before was horrible, sap all over it that i couldnt get out for the life of me, the hood was unpainted

here's some pics of it before

to be honest its nothing special by any means, but for 45 bucks i cant complain, i just dont have the money to go out and get a real paint job, so this will suffice

I'm seriously thinking about doin this to my bird soon b/c my clearcoat is peeling off in big *** pieces. Even chipped off in other spots. seriously needs a good paint job, but I'm taking care of the suspension, motor, interior & drivetrain first since I don't even have a garage to park it in right now after dumpin $3k into a paint job.

yeah i sanded, not to much, primed, one coat of flat black, the pictures make it look better than it does. Somewhat hides the imperfections, its not perfect and i dont want people to think that either

Whoa...that's ummm...drastic? Not a good choice my friend.
The good news is that you only spent $45. The bad news is that you
spent $45 to ruin a Camaro.

I like it, I guess its not for everyone, I will be painting my T/A matte black and murdering it out before winter. It wont be a 45 dollar paint job though. Ill post pics up.

I think if you got rid of the plastic grill (perhaps a black billet grill) and did the whistler mod to the headlights, it would look a lot better.
