I wanna know how you had a receipt for the tracking number when you would have had driven down to texas, ship the item to you and drive back
Because of this I missed out on buying the part i wanted from another seller that actually would have shipped it to me.

I've used paypal plenty of times and it's very easy to refund money. Not that I'm surprised, but it sounds like refunds being sent. If people don't start getting money, it's time to take it to the next level.

that e check **** is garbage the refunds are there pending all they gotta do is take it outta my account. jcm whats your phone number?? i been at work and working overtime. just got home. nobodys trying to pass an e check i already transfered the money from my bank account. dont wait if you dont want to . ill take the payapal info to court. i dont want or need your money. ask paypal if the account can be limited to where you cannot issue a refund with a limited status. MY ACCOUNT IS LIMITED. i am handling this the proper way and i cannot help the time frame that they specify. if i was capable of refunding immediatley i would to eliminate all issues. but my account has been limited and it WILL NOT allow me to refund.

i completed all of that except for resolving complaints


thats where im stuck at. it will not let me refund you guys anything while the account is limited and i cannot remove the limitation until the complaints are resolved.

its not bullshit and i am trying to get them to refund the money directly from my paypal account.

it has 1294.35 on it. its ******* aggrivating to me as well.

i dont know what to do. everytime i call them they say its pending and it will be refunded.
i ask if they are pulling it from my paypal account and they say yes

i look at the logs and it says pending e check.

i call them back and they say its not correct.
i am doing everything in my power to get this resolved immediatley.

i dont want or need your money.

please understand that this is not a lie or a game to me at all.

I received a PM from a member today who informed me that he received a refund.
He did mention that he had to call paypal and talk to a supervisor, but the money was refunded. I'm not sure exactly where the funds came from. I can't imagine that Paypal is forking out money so it must've been from slimm. Kudos to slimm if that's the case.
One down...more to go to make this right!

thank you sir. i am not bullshitting at all. this is a fucked up situation and its racking my brain. paypal is trickey and hard to deal with . everyone knows that. i am refunding all money and will refrain from any buisness transactions whatsoever in the future
