i dont understand does paypal not understand that we are wanting money and he's "trying" to send money?? makes no sence because everytime you call they see who's filed disputes against you and if they see that everytime he calls them then they should just refund out of his account. now if there's no money in the account i would understand were paypal is coming from...i just want to know so you never had the gears from the start did you? because if you did im sure you would have recieved them by now and you should have sent them back to me!! and that'd be one less person you'd have to pay back

 

i know there are more. and i will refund all money. i am calling paypal on my break tommorrow and demanding that they refund all money. there are funds in my account. if they do not do what i request in two days time i will have someone open another bank account and attempt to transfer all of the money from paypal to that new account to refund money through a money order. if those two do mot work in a specified amount of time i will pawn, sell, and do whatever i have to do to get the money back to you guys. i did not try to scam you guys nor did i try to steal from you. i work hard just like you guys do every single day to take care of my family and try to support my hobby of fixing up my car. i do not wish to go to jail for a misunderstanding and mistake of trust on my part just as you do not wish to put me there. you want your money and i want you to have it. i have apologized until i am blue in the face and i have made every effort to coerrect what has happened in the proper manner. i do not know what the **** paypal is doing and it confuses and infuriates me as well as it does you. i do in fact have sufficent funds in my paypal account to refund your money. i did not spend one dime of your monies. the shipping was paid out ofmy pocket and it shouldnt be a problem for them refund you whatsoever. i have confirmed every single thing they wanted me to confirm with the exception of resolving all complaints on my account. they will not let me refund directly and i provided live video proof of that about two pages ago. if it was that easy i would just send you the money. i am at a loss for words. i followed thier instructions to the tee and this is the mess that i get. they have 1200 plus dollars in my account that i have no direct access to. thats nerve racking in itself. i do not i repeat do nnt want your money at all. i am trying to give it to you. i will be on line for about twenty more minutes if you guys are online and have any questions

 

some things i recieved back and some are still out there. somewhere???? i have not been able to go to the post office at all. i work all day long and get in at about 8pm. i have nobody to go for me. if i get the gears back ill send them .

 

what all have you recieved back? if there is something im interested in im willing to give it a try for you to ship that to me instead of the money. if not money is always nice to get back

 

right now i dont know. i got the slips in the mail to pick up at the post office. i only get two ten minute breaks and a thirty minute lunch. i work about 35 miles from my town and its kinda hard to get there. i go in at 7am and get off at 730pm everyday. i am scared to let anybody else go for me. my buddy ty was all i had and he fucked me big time.

 

all i got at home is a stock hurst shifter lol and some salad shooters for winter time. um a complete cloth interior lol who wants that.

I know I have no deals with him but I can probably hed some light on the paypal manner. I deal with paypal on sales in the $5k-$20k range.

What happens is if even if you have cash in your account it is locked. If you have more claims on you then what the total balance of what you have in paypal they will not send anything out. This is were paypal with out your permission tries to recover the funds from your bank account to settle this. Now the funds you think you have you really dont its paypal money now. They will sit on that cash as long as a single claim is on your account. The initial little peons at paypal are no help at all keep demanding a supervisor or a claims supervisor. They will tell the truth of what cash is possible to go out or if no cash will come out at all. Tally all the claims against you and see if the total is more than what you think you have in paypal.

I do know you have the option to issue a refund directly from your bank account I dont see why that isnt done to solve this.

I deal with this crap everyday of people filing false claims to scam me and I mean real legit business's doing this.

You tried to scam, you failed, and now you are using Paypal as an excuse. Stop spreading the bullshit, it is your responsibility to find a way to refund the money using Paypal or a different method. You have no place talking down to people, they are the victims here not you. Make the money right and show some respect to the people that you tried to scam, maybe then they will get off your ***.
