Oh he has seen it. 1 particular mod told me that Nineball and PSJ were talking to him. Thing is guys we might end up with a resolution if he mans up and pays people back, but the site is still up and people are still getting ripped off, funding his car mods! Everyone needs to get back in touch with the ICD website to push the site be taken down. Theres proof of people being scammed as far back as early 2008, and thats just what we know of here on this board.

There is no reason or excuse for things like this.

What's worse is that I've filed a complaint through Paypal, yet he still won't respond. I hope someone throws the book at this guy.

Oh...and to the dude that said to leave feedback that would reflect in his trader rating, consider it done. I suggest that others do the same. Just looking at his trader feedback rating, you'd never know anything other than great deals with him.

I just noticed that if you try to go to his website, it says they are not taking orders. It is about damned time.

Well guys all of this really sucks. Sorry to hear all of you got screwed like this. Don't know how much it will help but I can get you a physical address. Or at least to his parents. Unless they moved in the last couple months, they are in the same neighborhood as a girl I used to date.

GOT A REFUND! honestly thought paypal wouldn't come through but they did. Got this email just an hour ago,

"You have received a refund via PayPal in the amount of $54.94 USD.

You had already reversed the transaction amount through your bank. Because
of this we will debit the full transaction amount from your PayPal balance."

Now the last part in bold had me worried since I did no such thing. So I just got off the phone with an Alex from paypal who assured me to give it at least 5 days and the amount will show up on my credit card. I'll keep you guys updated. Hopefully this is a sign that he's going to make things right afterall and hope you guys get your refund too.

i suggest you still leave negative feedback....just because you got a refund doesnt mean you had a positive trade with him.

done but I can't believe he doesn't have any more bad feedback considering all the people that posted in both deleted threads of mine and the locked thread by RAI.

Disputed my PayPal payment, and got my refund today. One less thing to worry about... still sucks it had to come to this. I will say it's good to see that the website now shows that they are not accepting orders... if only this were the case a few weeks ago. Good luck to everyone else trying to get their money back. Hope it works out.

I also elevated my Paypal dispute to a claim, and as of today I had a refund. Once it posts to my account, I'll consider it a done deal and a lesson learned.

The sad thing is that the demand really is there for his products...he just needs to figure out if he really wants to run the business the way it should be run or not.

Well I'm out of a refund I tried it a while back and they said I wasn't able to due to it being more than 30 days since payment. Good luck to others trying to get their money back.
