Just wondering what I should do I ordered a LED interior kit last Wednesday and I still have got an email or anything? Should I go ahead and file a Paypal claim or dispute? And also how convenient for him his message inbox has been full since last week too!

I'd probably file a dispute so he at least gets the communication - his website says he isn't taking orders, so chances are you won't be getting anything. If he doesn't respond to the dispute, up it to a claim - that's what I did, and as of today, the money is back in my hands.

How long did you wait to file the claim?

I think I waited like 4-5 days or so...long enough to give him time to take action so it didn't look like I was jumping the gun by taking it straight to a claim. Once I did up it to a claim, I actually put a link to this thread - not that it helped, but I wanted to make sure whoever at Paypal was looking at the case knew that I wasn't the only one having problems with him.

You get no reply because he isn't planning on sending them back to you.

Well, we had our group purchase on the HID kits, and everything went well. I know that they are shut down for right now, but that is why, cause they are trying to get things reorganized so that this doesn't happen again. I know that he has gotten help, cause he got overwhelmed. I have talked with this new guy and he seems to be doing a very good job, he is who organized our group purchase. As for why he won't respond to anything, you got me. I think it's doing nothing but making him look shady.

He's a real peice of work in my eyes! Anyways,a few months ago under the appearance section, i posted pics of my APS turbo and he actually went in an deletted it saying that i already posted these before LOL Real *** hole **** !!Thats what the sect is for LOL I just blew it off as another HATER LOL!!!

Add me to the list

I placed an order from led vault. I used paypal to pay for it and it amounted to a little over $100. Two weeks went by, no emails, confirmations, nothing. So then I started sending him emails and never got any responses. Then I sent him one last email stating that I was gonna have paypal handle this.

Paypal made me wait 30 days for a refund. I waited 30 days and paypal didn't do ****. So then I had contact my credit card company and the got me my money back but I had to pay about $20 in fees for them to do so.

Unfortunately, I have to post in here as well. I had made a purchase a long while ago, say March of 2008 with Brian2006 through his LEDVault website. Brian sent me an e-mail shortly after I had placed an order stating that my order would be delayed for 2-3 weeks since he needed some extra time to fulfill orders that were ahead of myself. I told Brian that would not be a problem and to let me know when he ships my items. 4 to 5 weeks went by after than and I had not heard anything from Brian (he was quick to respond to e-mails at first). I sent him a few e-mails asking him what the status of my order was. Brian had told me that my order had shipped, but could not provide any tracking information, nor could he tell me what date the items were shipped (all information that should be ready available if conducting an ecommerce business). After going back and forth he told me he would send out another shipment for me right away (first red flag). I was greatly appreciative of this, and requested that he provide tracking for my shipment, and if it would be any additional cost that I would happily pay. Another 3 to 4 weeks went by, numerous e-mails, and nothing from Brian. By that time, it was too late to begin a investigation via PayPal. I immediately contacted my Mastercard company, and finally got a refund on my statement within 30 days. It's a real shame that he has had so many other problems with members on here. I hope this issue will be resolved, and that everyone gets their money back.

To all who have had bad dealings with this gentleman - don't forget to leave him negative feedback so his trader rating will reflect his shadiness.

Man I'm still in disbelief that all this happened. I was in daily contact with him for a while discussing my set-up & custom things I wanted to do. He was always very helpful to me & when I ordered my LED kit I recieved a notification from their site same day & after waiting 1 week for red LED's to come in I recieved a tracking number & it showed up 3 days later via USPS.

Am I the only member who had a flawless transaction with him?? I never knew there were so many problems on his side. I ordered my last summer too so it wasn't too long ago.
