Not part of the agreement. I had to pay 39 dollars out of the 325 you sent me to ship them to you. I will refund you your 325 as soon as I get home since I cannot do it at work and cannot access paypal from my phone.

Why should I be out of money for you sending the wrong item? If you had looked before you sent them it would've saved us both time and money.




Just an update for everyone. The way it looks, I'm going to have to be out of $25 because someone couldn't look at a white sticker beside a bright neon green sticker, that is if I get my other refunded properly.

 

You never once said anything about the refund on shipping until now. So I will refund you the original amount you sent me.

BUT

I try searching that confirmation number and out of the 5 times I have tried since I got the PM, not once has it said that is a valid number. It keeps on saying there is no record of this item.

 

No it's just most when THEY screw up do offer to reimburse. I should know better with you considering how much of a time I'm getting from getting a refund. But yeah, here's pic of the receipt they gave me, but I guess I'm lying about it too aren't I? I'm lucky if I'll ever see the money back in PayPal and I'm fed up with dealing with you. I'll be glad when this transaction is OVER!.

 

Since he won't update it I will,

Refunded him his money and the 25 dollars he had to pay to ship the wheels to me.

 

The $25 shows to be in my account while the $325 is showing pending. If you want me to update I can also post the nice little PM you sent me.

 

So whoever has these wheels want to sell them to me? Price?

 

Wait until this entire thing is settled and look for a relisting in parts for sale.

 

Just an update... refund is still pending.

 

Don't know why.....I checked and the funds have been taken out of my bank account but it still says pending on paypal. hopefully it will go through soon.

 

Please update when funds are released. DopdBrd keep bugging them to release funds, they can hold up money (and make interest on it) if there has been any dispute reported on a transaction.

 

I will try and call them tomorrow, the funds have already been taken out of my bank account.

 

PayPal finally refunded the money and I just checked the delivery confirmation of the wheels and it said this:

We attempted to deliver your item at 2:28 PM on February 23, 2009 in MANHATTAN, KS 66502 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

 

I wasn't home. Some people do work. Just picked up the wheels right now from the Post Office.
