This shows exactly what he offered. He stated the shipping was a lot if i needed the headers and y pipe and stock exhaust pieces. I said I don't need it to lower the cost of shipping for him. So we finalized the deal at 2800 bux shipped through paypal.
Well the turbo is leaking oil, even with a restrictor. It seemed to be rebuilt on top of that which he did not describe. The wastegate was missing the metal flange needed in order to be able to boost. Couplers ripped and torn, harness is beat to crap and so was the eboost2. Wires cut to a point where i can't splice to use them. Pipes apparently half flattened from speed bumps or something.
I am more aggrivated that the turbo is leaking oil than anything. I put in a paypal claim but unfortunately it was past 45 days when i finally had the opportunity to install it. I messaged him to see if he was aware of the issues - as u can see below. I don't know what can be done at this point.
Oh and it was missing the bolts for the turbo. The air filter is all crimped... BLAH
Any help is appreciated cuz apparently its my fault he accepted my offer??

All i can tell you is i had it on my car. I'm not sure what is supposed to come with the kit. I know i bought it was some FMIC. and i figured out how to install it with the exact parts i had sent to you. I am not aware of any rebuild. I never had it rebuilt. Whether i said anything about it or not i lowered my asking price when i was reminded that there was a couple couplers ripped. I also ate the Paypal fees ~$100 and the shipping was ~$200 more than i quoted you, but i ate that to. I never used the wiring harness. so i dont know of any problems there.

Unfortunately you bought it "as is" though it doesn't seem like he knew what he was talking about after reading his posts.
