Default armyracer11 putting the military to a bad name

you had the money in your paypal on 10/8/08

I Still have not received my tracking number that i was promised 2 weeks ago. You give me the run around everytime you get in contact with me, which is only when i call you from a number you do no reconize, so you don't think its me. You told me you shipped it 2 weeks ago UPS and that i will get a tracking number then i never got that one. Then you said it was too big to ship UPS and you will ship on monday. I never got any info monday you contacted me tuesday saying there were closed on monday and you shipped it out today 10/14/2008 asking for my email address to send me the tracking number. i gave it to you withing 20 mintues and i could not get in contact with you until 10/22/2008 when i blocked my phone number to call you. you gave me the run around saying i will give it to you later and never heard from you. so friday 10/24/2008 comes around i am working in deleware with a 302 number so i call you from that and of course you call me back, since its not my phone number or anything like it (area code). and you say you will call me back in 10 minutes when you get to a computer to give me the info. well that never happen and you text me saying lunch time in an hour. lunch time rolls around and no contact from you yet again. all i get from you in the run around. i called the shipping company many times trying to find the package you said you shipped and there is nothing under my name as a receiver or your name as a shipped in there system. there transit time to philadelphia is 3 days from colorado. so i should had this well over a week ago and the shipping company not thinking i am stupid because of me calling about something not in there system.

i really want the hood but i want the hood not this run around and dodging my phone calls stuff.

File theft by deception charges in his local county's DA office. DA will send him a lovely letter telling him to pay. If he doesnt pay, sherriffs will contact his posts MP detachment and have him hauled in. If he cant pay on the spot, he will go to jail.

theft by deception doesn't only apply to the military but civilians also, The MP's getting ahold of him is the military side. Since he committed a crime in the civilian world and will be notified by the authorities, commands don't take lightly to that and will haul his *** in just like if he were to get a DUI out in town.

Ive seen friends (I was in the Army from 98-02) get hauled in to the MP station for writing hot checks to pizza places and what not. The pizza place would file with the DA and the DA would send the soldier a letter telling them to pay by xx/xx/xx day or be in court on that day. If you dont show up in court a warrant is issued and thats when the civilian authorities contact the MP's.

You would need to find out what county he resides in and contact that county's DA. I am sure they can direct you from there.
