UPS has found the TRANSMISSION!!!!!!!RESOLVED That was related to this thread!
(HUNTER02SS and the transmission i never got)
I just seen a pic of the tranny and confirmed it to be the one I shipped out to CHI3f. UPS is sending the tranny to CHI3F, and I have sent CHIef a PM letting him know the tranny has been found and also asked CHI3f to call me and left my phone # in the PM as well! Since PAYPAL has already givin Chie3f a 400.00+ refund, I have also asked for CHI3f to refund me my money back!

No money should be refunded til the tranny is at his door step or found in good working condition. That should be something you guys should settle.

If the money is not refunded then the buyer has not paid the selling price for the product! The buyer has pictures that were sent to him, the same ones I recieved.
Isn't there supposed to be a new yoke? Ups might not have taken a picture with it, was it in the crate?

I am not complaining about him not sending me the money back. I just wanted some response that it will be refunded back to me once he recieves the tranny. That is all. Yes the yoke was in the crate as well when I shipped it out.

I have a friend on another forum as well as this one that works for UPS, and he took it upon himsef and sent out a message to the higher up's and they got together and searched the country for it, got some pics taken and it ended up in Wisconsin in overgoods. Needless to say, I owe him a steak dinner!

**** like that happens all the time at UPS. I'm guessing you used UPS Freight not the parcel side due to the weight of the tranny?
Sounds like somebody wasn't scanning the packages like their supposed to!!!

I just got home and everything looks good. The yoke was in the tranny case as well. I won't be able to actually test it for a little while but it at least spins. I canceled the paypal claim. I tried to send you the money back but it still says you are unable to receive payment. Soon as that is taken care of i will gladly send you back the 480.65. Let me know Chris.
