Well this is the 2nd time getting screwed on lstech,{well this one is going to legal}Traded cars awhile back and ended up with a nightmare,gave him a perfect running 98Z28{no complaints from him}!but from drive home I've e-mailed him of problems I was having on the drive home with the BMW.he confirmed let him know and he'd fix.well found out whole alot about his ad is a lie.The car was not serviced per the {150k Bmw specs}note the radiator hose's blew after the 2nd time driving it,called he said he talk to the shop about it,they told him they looked ok,dry roted at the expansion tank{real good shop there}who does a complete cooling system and doesn't at least put new hoses on? basically he told me {GTH}, the CEL bulb was pulled out,{very sneaky}as he phrased it has no codes,well found out the hard way{$1100.}That not counting the parts list I sent him that was supposed to be done to it per his ad!about {$435.worth} called him numerous times and he just says he gonna talk to the shop,always looking for a way not to take the blame himself.He sent a note as as-is sale{nothing was signed stating that,also as-is per is ad is what I'm using,not my fault he didn't research the car before traded it{he didn't have a clue what was done to the BMW!He lied about the clean carfax{its been wrecked}found out it was vandalised.it just keeps getting better,as for the getting ready to say why didn't I look the car over I did{He just had it detailed so everything looked new and fresh,as for the no leaks,valve cover,power window problems,So as far as dealing with Mark{TheMarkness} I would not recomend it.and if you don't know about your car you should say that instead of lying about it.I also sent e-mails saying I wanted My Camaro back,he send me a mail back that its been wrecked.I driven the Bmw 3-4 times thats to different shops,laugh it up Mark see you in court!!
