Need some advice

I bought some pistons a month ago or so used from a member on here. Got them in and opened the box looked at a few and put them in the garage. Fats forward till a few days ago, come into a bind and decide to sell them. Buyer pays i ship he receives. After a few days he pm's me that two are cracked and from what has to be from a motor not freight damage. I am waiting on pics from the buyer and plan on doing the right thing. But however I contacted the guy that i bought them from and his response is they were fine when he shipped them and came out of his running motor. So should the guy i bought them from refund me my money or make it right?

I would have to say no man. Kind of on you. If he is a stand up guy he may refund you to keep his good name on here but for most of the sellers I would count on it.

well the thing is u should of checked all of them when u received them. so its kinda on u know for not checking them in the first place now u don't no if the guy that bought them from u messed them up or the guy that sold them send u crap pistons. sorry

I agree, and I know it sucks to say but you can't trust anyones word, you should of checked when you got them.

You should have thoughly inspected the pistons previously.

the buyer also did the same thing i did at first got them said he got them everything is ok, A week later contacted me with this. I am in the process of buying him two new pistons. But i have asked the seller i got them from to pay for one. 82 bucks which i think is fair .
