I 90c Nextel phone that was described in like new condition some of you might have seen it in the for sale section. I recieved it today and it has chipped corners, scratched led, dings, scratches all over, and it is bruised. The post said "Like New" only had it for two months. Good shape reason for selling was his job provided him with one. Well I sent him an email saying the phone he sent me was a piece of crap and wished he would have told me about the actual condition when I inquired about it. I didn't expect for him to respond but then he weasels himself into deleting the post. I'm glad it wasn't a set of wheels or heads. Adam your a

Send the same amount back to the same address and I will cover shipping to the return address. Your like New condition is different from everyone elses if I had a camera I would post a pic of it but if your willing to make it right then so be it. The roles are reversed I will send the phone back when the money order arrives.

IMO that is not even close to "like new" there is a big chip in the corner and it's pretty scratched up. I have no idea what they cost new but I personally would not pay over 50% of new retail for that phone, maybe only like 30% since it's so tired looking.

My complaint about Adam is don't mislead anyone about what your selling when I asked for a picture and inquired about it being dropped a bunch of times he did not tell me that it was in the condition that it is in. If that were the case I would have committed to the 2 year contract Nextel wanted in order to give me a free I 90 c. I didn't want to get a 2yr contract so I saw ths great deal and bought the "like new" phone. He offered to make it right so things are working out OK.

Adam send me the info on the money order you supposedly sent 2 weeks ago since you can't track it I will. You say this will take months..BS. just send me money order number and where it was bought from. Oh and how far is Fortson from Fort Benning??
