I have a bud with the state police HQed there, cant find his info at the moment but will see If I can get it. What she has done is fraud. Since it is still your property, I see no problem having her arrested for stealing it. You made a "verbal or written" agreement to tranfer money for goods. Goods where transfered, money wasnt. I hope you are pursuing this.

That was more about the original topic. She said she was at a friends house, then when asked about the other guys $1000s worth she said it was "right here". When you go to someones house, do you take $1000 worth of stuff you stole from someone? I think not.
