Default LSVelle is a scammer... Buyer beware

Bought a pair of spintech mufflers from this dude. https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...-mufflers.html
Havenīt seen the mufflers yet and he does not answer pm, mail or phone.

His phone number is 813-438-9648 and his PayPal info is chevyssmechanic@gmail.com. The name on the PayPal was Adriana Simon

Pointing out to everybody that you are a thief... over 140 $.... I just donīt
get it

Damn, sorry to hear that man. Hopefully others will chime in soon. Paypal will refund you the $140 though right?

If you payed him Nov 11, then you definitely have a reason to be upset. I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. It's a sad reality that many of us who trade/sell online have run into. Good luck in getting this resolved.

you may be out of luck (bc of paypals time constraints), but file a complaint will paypal, unless he has provided a tracking number for you package, you should get a refund..

but with how paypal works, if he has provided a tracking number, you are probably out of luck

No tracking info.. have read other threads that Paypal want to refund but cannot because there is no money on the account.. but it could be wrong. Iīll try to look into it. Thanks

I had a guy open a claim with me once, (he bought a item, then claimed it didnt fit, when as it turns out he was just not installing it correctly) but if someone opens a claim and there are no funds in the account, it should negatively charge his account for the amount you paid (so basically you get your money, and in order for him to use his paypal account again, he has to get himself out of the negative with paypal)

but i could be mistaken, on my occasion what happened was the guy paid with a credit card, said the item didnt fit, but refused to return it, and still wanted a refund haha...

I told him to stick it, he opened a dispute, and paypal seized money out of my account that wasnt there for temporary holding until the dispute was settled...

after I won the dispute, the negative funds were cleared from my account

Sorry to hear about bad deal. Paypal will put a hold on his account if you file a complaint. Have all your info when you file. Usually takes 30 days or less.

Good luck
