Among many, many other threads. Apparently you can scam thousands of dollars and not get in any trouble for it. He has been doing this for a couple of years now.

I was scammed by him about 6 months ago. i called the local sheriff and filed a police report.
he was later arrested and i got a letter in the mail a couple days ago stating that he has been served with a class D felony for theft and will be pleading guilty in court and will serve 80 hours of community service. Also will have to pay me restitution for the 470.00 he scammed me for.

He almost got me, luckily it seemed like too good of a deal and I smelled a ******* scam so I didn't buy the part from him. Glad I didn't. Hopefully he gets put in prison for this ****, I can't ******* STAND thieves
